Where a passion for yoga, travel, and connection come together

Yoga has been a part of my life for more than 17 years. What began as a way to stay active gradually became something much deeper—a practice that has helped me navigate life's transitions, find balance during busy seasons, and reconnect with what matters most.

While building a successful career in real estate, my yoga practice remained a constant source of grounding and perspective. It taught me the value of slowing down, moving with intention, and creating space to simply be present.

Today, I'm honored to share that experience with others through welcoming yoga classes, personalized sessions, and thoughtfully curated retreats that invite people to reconnect with themselves while exploring beautiful places around the world.

My Teaching Philosophy

Yoga is for every body, every age, and every stage of life

I believe yoga should be accessible, welcoming, and free from expectations. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time or have been practicing for years, my goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body.

Over the years, I have recommended yoga to friends, family, and clients because I have seen firsthand how it can bring greater balance, calm, and perspective into everyday life. It's not about perfect poses or flexibility - it's about creating space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel more grounded both on and off the mat.

 

Whether we are practicing in a studio, during a private session, at a special event, or on an international retreat, I hope every experience leaves you feeling more balanced, refreshed, and inspired than when you arrived.
